FOXC1 reduces the suppressive effect of miR-204-5p on the expression of GDF7, RUNX2, ALP and OCN. hADSCs were co-transfected with miR-204-5p mimics and FOXC1 overexpression vector or empty vector or co-transfected with miR-204-5p inhibitors and si-FOXC1 and cultured in OM. a Relative expression of miR-204-5p, FOXC1, GDF7, RUNX2, ALP and OCN measured by qRT-PCR on day 14 of osteogenic induction.
