The lentiviral transfection efficiency and its effect on the paracrine of hGMSCs. Human GMSCs transfected with LV-vector+ or LV-FGF-2+ (MOI = 40) were observed under an inverted microscope (a). The lentiviral transfection efficiency was detected by qRT-PCR (b). The transfected cells were cultured by free-serum medium for 3 days when they converged to 80–90%. Angiogenesis-related factors FGF-2, VEGF-A, and TGF-β in the supernatant were detected by ELISA. The concentration of FGF-2, VEGF-A, and TGF-β in LV-FGF-2+-hGMSC-CM is higher than other two groups; however, there was no statistical difference between hGMSC-CM and LV-vector+-hGMSC-CM (c–e). *p < 0.05, ****p < 0.0001
