CircTTC3 promotes OGD-induced astrocyte injury in vitro. a The astrocytes were treated with OGD and the expression of circTTC3 was measured by qPCR in the cells. bg The OGD-treated astrocytes were treated with control shRNA or circTTC3 shRNA. b The cell apoptosis was assessed by flow cytometry analysis in the cells. c The expression levels of Bax, Bcl-2, caspase-3, cleaved caspase-3, and β-actin were determined by Western blot analysis in the cells.
