Effect of control EVs and Cur-EVs on gene expression of IL-1β-induced OA-CH. After 24 h treatment with IL-1β and/or Cur-mediumultra, free curcumin (10 μM), control EVs and Cur-EVs, expression levels of anabolic genes (ad BCL2, ACAN, SOX9, COL2A1) and catabolic genes (eh IL1B, IL6, MMP13, COL10A1) were determined with real-time RT-PCR analysis; n = 4.
