HUCMSCs inhibited the differentiations of CD4+ T cells into Th1 and Th17 subsets, promoted the maturation of Tregs subpopulation in PBMCs induced by IL-2. There was remarkable individual heterogeneity in immune regulation among 12 test HUCMSCs, and the same cell strain also had a different capability in every aspect of immune regulation (*p < 0.05, ***p < 0.001)
