Following intravenous (IV), intramuscular (IM) and subcutaneous (SC) administration of the in 99mTc dissolved in DMEM, the heart, lung, stomach (and intestines on the later time points), thyroid, salivary glands and urinary bladder can be seen. Activity in the injection site is masked on the 10-min views of IM and SC and on the 60-min view of the SC administration
