IL-6 which increased FOXS1 expression in glioma cells is mainly secreted by CD90low gaMSCs. IL-6 secretion in conditioned media of gaMSCs, CD90lowgaMSCs and CD90highgaMSCs was measured by ELISA (A, C). The effect of IL-6 on FOXS1 expression in glioma cells could be reversed by IL-6 antibody (B).
