CLB partly rescued sympathetic hypoinnervation and increased the expression of β2-ADR in SCs after CS. AC The decreased expression of TH and NPY, which indicates sympathetic hypoinnervation, was partly reversed by CLB, but their expression levels were not changed in normal mice treated with only CLB (F = 39.989 and 23.328, both P < 0.001). D The tissue expression of NE was decreased after CS, and CLB increased the NE expression in the CS group; however, the increase was not as extensive as that in the CS + CLB + injury group (F = 44.23, P < 0.001).
