Neurite outgrowth and caspase 3 activities in DA neurons derived from iPSCs. a, b Reduced neurite outgrowth and c increased caspase 3 activities were observed in iPSCs carrying the LRRK2 p.G2019S mutation (G2019S) compared to wild-type iPSCs (WT). Isogenic clones (ABE01 and HDR26) with mutations corrected rescued these phenotypes for Parkinson’s disease.
