FNDC5-MSCs‐Exo ameliorates inflammation responses by increasing anti‐inflammatory cytokines, as well as decreasing pro‐inflammatory cytokines in Raw264.7 cells. The secretions of pro‐inflammatory cytokines such as TNF‐α (a), IL‐6 (b) and IL-1β (c) and anti-inflammatory cytokine such as IL-10 (d) secreted from Raw264.7 cells were detected by ELISA. Data are expressed as the means ± SEM; n = 5; *P < 0.05 versus control group; #P < 0.05 versus LPS group; ^P < 0.05 versus MSCs-Exo group under equal concentration
