Click chemistry for labeling cellular proteins following inhibition of SCD1 during endoderm differentiation of the pluripotent stem cells. The induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) and embryonic stem cells (ESCs) were induced to differentiate while treated with SCD1 inhibitor (SCDinhib) at Days 0, 1, or 2 (0, 1, and 2). The click reaction was performed 24 h after each treatment. The cells were harvested on Day 4.
