Viability, proliferation and ROS expression in CD34+ cells after co-culture with MSC WT or HIF-MSC. Apoptosis assays in CD34+ cells previously co-cultured with MSC WT or HIF-MSC during 72 h. CD34+ cells were incubated with Annexin V, 7-AAD and CD34, and the expression of different cell surface markers was analyzed by flow cytometry. Cells were classified as viable (Annexin V/7-AAD), early apoptotic (Annexin V+/7-AAD), late apoptotic (Annexin V+/7-AAD+) or dead (Annexin V/7-AAD+). Data expressed as mean of the percentage of cells in the different conditions (A). Cell cycle profiling of CD34+ cells after 72 h of culture in each condition analyzed by flow cytometry. Data are represented as mean of the percentage of cells in each phase (B).
