U0126 increased tendon-related makers in injured tendon tissues. 4 weeks after the operation, the tendon tissues were collected, sectioned for IHC staining with anti-Egr1, Scx, Col1a1, Tnmd and GDF6 antibodies, respectively. The relative intensity was analyzed by Image J software (IHC Toolbox). The data was expressed as mean ± SD (n = 3), *p < 0.05. Scale bar = 200 μm
