- The secretory profile was determined by ELISA of culture supernatant collected 24 h after medium change. Results are expressed as the mean ± SEM or range of the concentration relative to 106 cultured cells. Each experiment was performed on 5 and 4 independent batches of hMuStem cells and bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells (BM-MSCs), respectively.
