MSCs exhibited immunosuppressive effects on macrophages, T-cells, B-cells, regulatory T-cells (Tregs), DCs, neutrophils, and NK cells through the secretion of various cytokines. MSCs could inhibit macrophage migration and promoted a shift from M1 to M2 polarization
