CEFFE promoted the expression of antioxidant enzymes in Raw 264.7 cells. A qRT-PCR analysis showed that the expression of antioxidant enzymes (GPX-1, CAT, SOD-1, and SOD-2) was increased after co-incubation with CEFFE. B Western blotting revealed an increase in the expression of antioxidant enzymes (GPX-1 and CAT) after co-incubation with CEFFE.
