MB-MSCs have similar therapeutic effects on EAE as UC-MSCs. EAE was induced in mice and 6 days later, P4 MB-MSCs and P4 UC-MSCs were transplanted via the tail vein (1 × 106/mouse). Mice that received only PBS served as untreated controls. a EAE disease severity was monitored daily and b cumulative disease scores were compared among the three groups. Pool of two experiments. n = 12, 13, or 14 per group
