The clinical parameters of rats with passive Heymann nephritis and those after hESC-IMRC treatments. The rats developed heavy proteinuria from week 3 after the passive immunization of anti-rat Fx1A serum (a). Then IMRCs were intravenously administrated every other day with 3 × 106 cells (T1, n = 10) or 6 × 106 cells (T2, n = 10) in 1 ml from week 3 to week 6. The urinary protein was significantly reduced in both groups, compared to that in disease controls (*) with sterile physiological saline treatment (PHN, n = 10), and was similar like that in negative controls (CON, n = 10) at week 7 (b). *P < 0.05; **P < 0.01; ***P < 0.001
