IL-37 overexpression promoted ERCs to prolong graft survival and alleviate acute allograft rejection. The allograft survival was significantly prolonged in the ERC group when compared with the untreated group, and further improved in the IL-37-ERC group (n = 6 per group). Statistics by Log-rank test.
