ADSCs inhibit the activation of NLRP3 inflammasome in mouse acne ear model. P. acnes (1 × 108 CFU/ml), PBS, or ADSCs (1 × 108) were intradermally injected into the ear skin (each ear 50 ul once) of C57BL/6 mice (6–8 weeks old).
