RNA sequencing of mEBs and MLOs. A Cluster heat map of differentially expression profiles of mRNAs of cultured MOLs collected at indicated time points. RNA sequencing data from 10-day mEBs, 20- and 30-day MLOs were analyzed. The heat map included 5627 differentially expressed gene. Corrected P value of 0.05 and absolute fold change of 1.5 were set as the threshold for significantly differential expression.
