Inhibition of Wnt signaling pathway impaired formation and maintenance of SSCLCs. A Wnt signaling pathway inhibitor IWR-endo-1 was added into the SSCLC induction medium from 1 day or 10 days of differentiation, and the percentage of SSCLCs was determined at 12 days of differentiation.
