From: BAY11 enhances OCT4 synthetic mRNA expression in adult human skin cells
Immunocytochemical analysis of OCT4 expression with OCT4 mRNA alone. (a-c) HUF1 cells were exposed to 0 × and 1 × synthetic OCT4 mRNA without B18R and in the presence or absence of BAY11. The addition of BAY11 was noted to again stabilize and allow homogenous expression of OCT4 without the presence of B18R or any other mRNAs in culture. Scale bar represents 100 µM.
