(E) Representative image of cells stained with anti-filaggrin antibody developed by using FITC-conjugated secondary antibody on day 17. For negative control, fibroblasts were stained with each antibody (not shown). Scale bar is 100 μm for cytokeratin-stained images and 50 μm for filaggrin- and involucrin-stained images.
