The proliferation of CD31^-CD146^-SP cells and non-SP cells. CD31^-CD146^-SP cells and non-SP cells were treated with 0.2% FBS, VEGF, bFGF, EGF and IGF. All factors can promote CD31^-CD146^-SP cell proliferation and have a significant difference between two types of cells (A-E) (P <0.01). Data are expressed as means ± SD. Statistical analysis was performed by the non-paired Student’s t test.
