Bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells promote tumor cell proliferation in vivo. Immunofluorescence analysis of proliferation cells in frozen sections from (a) 4T1 tumor or 4T1 combined with mouse bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cell (mBM-MSC) tumor and (b) DU145 tumor or DU145 mixed with human bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cell (hBM-MSC) tumor by staining with anti-Ki67.
