Solid black bars refer to the negative controls (cells incubated with isotype IgG control and secondary antibody). (B) Quantitative analysis of the expression pattern of rat MSCs. The control group comprised cells that were not incubated with the Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated secondary antibody. The secondary antibody (sec. antibody) group comprised cells that were incubated with the isotype IgG control and secondary antibody alone. *P < 0.001 compared with control; N = 3 (three experiments that were conducted independently).
