Cytosolic Ca2+regulates Erk1/2 phosphorylation. (A) Immunoblot analysis of cells that were transduced with the Ad-PV-NES-DsRed construct. Erk1/2 phosphorylation was decreased in the presence of the PV-NES-DsRed protein. Total Erk1/2 was used as a loading control.
