Enrichment of murine bone marrow hematopoietic stem/progenitor (Lin–c-kit+Sca-1+) cells by fluorescence-activated cell sorting. Lin– bone marrow cells (A) were fluorescence-activated cell sorted for cells expressing high levels of c-kit and Sca-1 (B).
