The table below the arrays shows the name and the relative position on the Panomics TranSignal Human Cytokine Antibody Array of the cytokines that were detected in OS and HS sera. On the table ‘Positive’ and ‘Negative’ are the array internal controls. Array signals were acquired using the Chemidoc system (Bio-Rad) and the associated software QuantityOne.
