Immunophenotypic analysis of MS-, ES, IT- and T-MPCs. Flow cytometry showed positive expression for CD90, CD44, CD73 and HLA-ABC and negative expression for CD45, CD31 and HLA-DR. The values represent the mean percentage of all assessed cells positively stained by the respective antibodies.
