(A) The relative gene expression of the human specific vascular biomarkers fibroblast growth factor-1 (FGF-1) and platelet derived growth factor-b (PDGFb) was down-regulated in co-culture at implantation after one week of dynamic three-dimensional culture in vitro and one week after implantation in vivo.
