(A, B) qRT-PCR analysis of CX3CL1 related micro-RNAs in hWJMSCs and hWJMSC-MVs, data show that both the hWJMSCs and hWJMSC-MVs contain relatively high levels of miR-16, miR-15b and miR-15a, and low levels or no miR-195, miR-424 and miR-497.
