Hypertrophic signaling in C2C12-derived myotubes exposed to muscle-derived mesenchymal stem/stromal cell (mMSC) conditioned media. mMSCs were plated on laminin (LAM) or collagen (COL) and were either exposed to mechanical strain or remained unstrained. C2C12-derived myotubes treated with conditioned media for 3 hours were harvested and analyzed for activation of mammalian target of rapamycin (mTOR) (A) and p70 (B).
