miR-363-dependent downregulation of HAND1 expression. Pre-miRNAs were transfected into differentiating hESCs by using lipofectamine. (A) Cells were assayed for HAND1 and HAND2 mRNA expression and (B) protein levels. Pre-miR-363 treatment caused a decrease in relative levels of HAND1 mRNA and protein.
