Identification of SCAP. (A) Isolated SCAP were stained positively for STRO-1 with typical fibroblast- or spindle-like morphology. (B) PBS served as a negative control. (C) Isolated SCAP were positive for CD73, CD146, CD90 and CD105, but negative for CD45 and CD34 by flow cytometry.
