Semi-quantitative PCR for relative quantitation of ECM genes expression after 1 and 10 dyne/cm2 fluid-induced shear stress for 4 h. The control group (0 dyne/cm2) was not subjected to fluid-induced shear stress on the bio-microfluidic device. Semi-quantitative PCR was used to determine relative quantitative gene expression of a COLI, b COLIII and c aggrecan. Data represent mean ± standard deviation (n = 6).
