Senescence-associated gene expression in BM-MSCs and WJ-MSCs. The bars represent the relative expression (mean + 1 standard deviation) of the senescence-associated genes PARG1, TP53, RB1, CDKN1A, CDKN2A, and CDKN2B in BM-MSCs (n = 18) and WJ-MSCs (n = 18) through passages (P). Gene expression analysis was performed by means of real-time RT-PCR using GAPDH as internal control gene (2-ΔCt method). Statistical analysis has been performed by the two-way analysis of variance to compare multiple mean values through P2-P6-P10.
