A. The MenSCs-treated group exhibited a noteworthy elevation in the level of anti-müllerian hormone (AMH) (P < 0.0001), in contrast to the pre-intervention period. Conversely, the control group's AMH levels decreased significantly (P < 0.0001) after 2 months. B. Subsequent to cell injection, there was a marked augmentation in the antral follicle count (AFC) (P < 0.0001), while a substantial decrease was observed in the control group (P < 0.0001)
