VitC promotes direct cardiac reprogramming efficiency of 3D spheroid derived from MEFs. A Immunofluorescence images of spheroid derived from MEFs, stained with GFP antibody. The blue color indicates DAPI staining and the green color indicates GFP staining that represented α-MHC signal.
