Cell treatment increased the repair conduction function after SCI. Demyelination was found to be alleviated in the M&N group by TEM (A, B, D, E), while the myelin G-radio values were smaller than those of the Con group (C, F), indicating that the cell treatment group had a thick myelin layer. TEM revealed significantly more postsynaptic dense material, number of synapses and postsynaptic active zone in the M&N group (H, N, O) than in the Con group (G, M, P). It was also found that the synaptic cleft in the M&N group (K) was smaller than that in the Con group (J). The data are presented as the means ± SEM; *p < 0.05; **p < 0.01; ***p < 0.001
