The GAPDH expression level was taken as 1.0. Data represent the mean ± S.D. (n = 3, biological replicates). Statistical significance was evaluated by one-way ANOVA followed by Tukey’s post hoc test. Groups that do not share the same letter had significantly different results (p < 0.05)
