Migration capacity of hypoxic and normoxic hMSCs towards growth factors, chemokines and inflammatory cytokines. In vitro migration was assayed in transwell plates with porous polycarbonate membranes (pore size: 5 um). Columns represent the difference between the mean numbers of induced and spontaneously migrating cells (no chemoattractant added).
