In vitro quantitative RT-PCR of brain-derived neurotrophic factor mRNA expression of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells. A significant increase in mRNA levels of brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) was observed in the high-passaged bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (BM MSCs) compared with low-passaged BM MSCs. Significant from high-passage BM MSCs; tail-tip fibroblasts (TTF) are control cDNA isolated from mice. Bar graph represents mean value; error bars represent standard error of the mean.
