Gene expression profiling of bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells under hypoxic conditions. An RT2 Profiler™ PCR Array (Sabioscience, Shanghai, China) was used to screen a panel of 84 genes associated with human adipogenesis in bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs) under normal and hypoxic conditions.
