Effects of periostin on adhesion and migration of ADSCs. More attached cells were observed in the P-ADSC group compared with those in the ADSC control and siRNA groups a, and quantitative assays indicated that periostin overexpression effectively enhanced the adhesion of ADSCs b. Migration assays of the ADSCs transfected with and without periostin and siRNA groups were conducted using a Boyden chamber c.
