hAEC transplantation inhibited chemotherapy-induced apoptosis in ovaries. A Relative mRNA expression of TNF-α, TRADD, FADD, caspase-3, Bcl2 and Bax was detected by real-time PCR in ovarian tissue at 7 days after hAECs transplantation. B Western blot results and corresponding densitometry analysis demonstrated that chemotherapy significantly increased activated caspase-3 protein expression at 7 days after hAEC transplantation. A significant reduction of activated caspase-3 protein expression in the hAEC-treated group compared with the chemoablated group. Data are mean ± SEM; *p < 0.05 versus Sham; #p < 0.05 versus Cy.
