Mitosox Red Dye to detect ROS in MSCs in HG at day-7 of culture: Using FACS Analyzer increased mitochondrial fluorescence was noted. This increased fluorescence may be due to increased mitochondrial swelling, possibly secondary to ROS in high glucose state (red vs green). No difference was noted at Day1 or Day4 exposure to HG.
