Expressions of alkaline phosphatase (ALP), dentin matrix protein-1 (DMP1), dentin sialophosphoprotein (DSPP) in human dental pulp stem cells (hDPSCs). Total RNAs were extracted and reversely transcribed. The cDNAs were amplified by PCR using the primers shown in Table 1. The PCR products were run on 1.5 % agarose gel and stained with ethidium bromide.
