Gene expression levels in peripheral blood based on quantitative PCR (n = 20). Relative expression levels of the control group were set to 1, and IL-17 expression levels in the LPS and pristane, the pristane only, and the LPS only groups are higher than in the control group (*P < 0.01), and IL-17 expression levels in the LPS and pristane group are significantly higher than in the pristane only and LPS only groups (*P < 0.01 compared with the other three groups, n = 20).
